LuVell Porter Jr.
 
Luvell Porter Jr. started N.A.S. Technologies, Inc in 1997 creating custom database applications and designing computer networking systems for companies in the greater Atlanta, GA. area. In 1999 LuVell started contracting with several public housing authorities to assist with their Y2K readiness projects, during this time Mr. Porter along with Christopher Porter (his brother) started designed and developing a website application that was geared towards assisting public housing authorities (local government agency) with streamlining their internal organizational processess.
 
In 2004, LuVell launched the Public Housing Authority Digital Network (PHADN) website, Phadigital.net. The primary function at that time was processing local property owners into the housing authority's programs and service using web-base technologies. The first phase of PHADN was used by several housing authorities in georiga.
 
In 2010, LuVell completely redesign Public Housing Authority Digital Network web application, he desired to reach and serve housing authorities on a national level. By intergrating current social network technologies into PHADN and provide housing authorities with custom web applications that reach out into the community they serve.
